There are really two types of Websites that I work with. The first type is a site where I arrange the physical hosting for you as well as create or work on the site. The second type is a site where you already have the hosting and you just want me to create or work on the site.

Sites Without Your Own Hosting

1. A Basic Web Page
   1. A basic web page consists of a single page that should be about the size of a sheet of legal sized paper. It can contain almost anything you'd like (within reason & based on size).
      A few ideas of what it could contain:
      Name, Address, Telephone & Fax Numbers, E-mail address, etc., a short description of the company with a logo and a picture or two.
      
      For most individuals, this is the most cost-effective way to have a personal web presence.
      
      $75 - One-time Creation Fee
      
2. A Medium Web Site
   1. A medium-sized web site consists of 2-4 pages. It can contain almost anything you'd like.
      A business or group might have separate pages for an introduction, detailed descriptions, a contact page, photos, etc.
      
      For individuals, this is usually a great way to share more personal or family information. This is also a great way to display a resume. For companies, this is an easy way to give your clients and/or customers a more thorough understanding of your company, its policies, history, and plans.
      
      $125 - One-time Creation Fee
      
3. A Large Web Site
   1. A large-sized web site consists of 5-8 pages. It can contain almost anything you'd like.
      It’s a very thorough and detailed web site for an individual and a much more comprehensive one for a company.
   2. Please Note:
      More than 8 pages will require a custom fee, please see the additional services below.
      
      $200 - One-time Creation Fee
      
4. Monthly Hosting Fees
   1. The monthly hosting fees are $15.00. Hosting fees cover the cost of the actual space on the internet server and the traffic that your site gets.

Sites With Your Own Existing Hosting

1. Billed Hourly
   1. If your site already has a host, but you would like me to work on your site, then you'll be billed at a rate of $20.00 per hour for the work I do.
      There is a one hour minimum. After the first hour, you will only be billed for the time worked. If it only takes me 1 hour and 30 minutes to do the updates, I will add 1 hour and 30 minutes to my time sheet.
      
      $20.00 per hour

Additional Fees

• Maintenance Fees
• There may also maintenance fees. The monthly maintenance fees vary based on your needs. These fees are based on making updates and changes to your site. The fee is the normal $20.00 per hour. It is billed the same as sites with their own hosting, but with an exception:
  All accounts that are paying for hosting through SilverGroveDesigns get two hours of maintenance included with their accounts at no additional charge.
  
  $0.00 and Up - depending on needs.
  
  
• Domain Registration
• Domain names are your web site address. For instance, my domain name is www.silver grovedesigns.com. Domain names cost $15 per year and there is a two-year minimum.
  
  $30 for the first 2 years

Breakdown Of Cost

1. What Does All This Mean?
   1. Creation Fee: It means that for a minimum site to be created and the domain name purchased, the one time fee will be $75 + $30, or $105. This secures your site for 2 years, with no additional work or updates.
      
   2. Hosting and Maintenance Fee:
      1. The monthly hosting fees if you don’t have your own hosting and there is not more than 2 hours of updates will be $15.00. For a month were there are more than 2 hours of updates needed the fee will be $35.00 and up based on needs.
      2. The monthly hosting fees if you do have your own hosting will be whatever your host charges you. Any maintenance fees will be billed at the standard rate of $20 per hour.

Additional Services

Extra Pages: To add pages after the initial creation $20 per page

Digital Photography: Billed per hour $15

Digital Image Scanning: Billed per image $5

Graphic Design: depends greatly on your needs. I will create a one-time logo for $100. Page sets at $500 (page sets are like stationary). Custom art images are $200 and up.

Ad hoc or One-time projects: Billed per hour $20
